The ancient cellar at Villa de Puppi, the building of which dates back to two hundred years ago, has been renovated and equipped with the latest and most advanced technology.


In the cellar tradition and technology have been brought together: the thermo-controlled stainless steel fermentation vats and the french oak aging barrels are used alongside the old wooden vats and the ancient wall tanks.


The dedication with which the work in the cellar is fullfilled, carefully monitored by Marco Pecchiari and the Terra e Vino laboratory, represents the natural continuation of the work in the vineyards, carried out with enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail.
